Barry Evans, M.D.

Barry Evans, M.D., is a pediatric intensivist for Shriners Hospitals for Children - Philadelphia. He received his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and earned a medical degree from Hahnemann Medical University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Evans also completed his residency in pediatrics at Hahnemann Hospital and two fellowships: pediatric pulmonary medicine at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and pediatric intensive care at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Areas of special interest to Dr. Evans include pediatric critical care and obstructive sleep apnea.

Dr. Evans is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics. He is also an assistant professor of pediatrics at Temple University School of Medicine.
